Ushbu maqolada umumta’lim maktablarida fan to‘garaklarini samarali tashkil etishning ta’limiy va metodik asoslari yoritiladi. Unda to‘garak mashg‘ulotlarini rejalashtirish va olib borish tamoyillari, tashkiliy modeli, qo‘llaniladigan metodik yondashuvlar, shuningdek, baholash hamda monitoring tizimi ilmiy-pedagogik adabiyotlar va amaldagi normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimida dolzarb bo‘lib turgan masalalar, xususan, o‘quvchilarda amaliy ko‘nikmalar, kognitiv, kommunikativ va ijtimoiy-emotsional kompetensiyalarni yanada rivojlantirish zarurati bilan bog‘liq holda olib borilgan.
