Abstract

This article explores the development of students' professional and pedagogical training in the context of globalization and digital transformation. Based on ontological, structural, and functional approaches, the scientific genesis and evolution of the training concept are systematically analyzed. Through a comparative analysis of international models (USA, Europe, and Asia), key priority features such as continuity, practice-orientation, reflexivity, and digital technology integration are identified, and the impact of educational policy and transnational experience on training effectiveness is substantiated.
