PEDAGOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF FORMING THE PROFESSIONAL CULTURE OF FUTURE MEDICAL WORKERS BASED ON THE ACMEOLOGICAL APPROACH

Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical and psychological conditions for forming the professional culture of future specialists based on the acmeological approach in the higher medical education system. The main objective of the study is to examine the theoretical and methodological foundations of the acmeological approach and to develop effective recommendations for its practical implementation. The findings substantiate the methods and systems demonstrating the positive impact of the acmeological approach on students' personal and professional development, as well as on achieving the heights of professional mastery.
