The essence of pedagogical mastery, its structural components, and factors influencing the development of professional competencies of future teachers are scientifically analyzed. The importance of modern pedagogical technologies, innovative approaches, competency-based education, and interactive methods in the formation of pedagogical mastery is also revealed.
