NEUROPEDAGOGICAL POTENTIALS OF WORKING WITH MEDIA TEXTS IN DEVELOPING INFORMATION LITERACY

This article examines the neuropedagogical opportunities of working with media texts in developing students’ information literacy. In the digital information environment, students regularly encounter various types of texts, videos, infographics, advertising messages, social media posts and electronic information resources. Therefore, it is important to develop students’ skills in understanding and analyzing media texts, evaluating the reliability of sources, distinguishing facts from opinions and using information purposefully. The article analyzes the potential of the neuropedagogical approach to activate attention, memory, perception, visual thinking, emotional response and reflection when working with media texts.##plugins.themes.default.displayStats.downloads##
