The article examines shaping the deontological culture of future educators based on the heritage of Eastern thinkers (Al-Farabi, Al-Biruni, Ibn Sina, Navoi). Applying the "from competence toward culture" principle, it proves that knowing rules does not guarantee high inner culture.
