This article presents a scientific and historical analysis of the role of jewelry art within Uzbek folk applied arts, tracing its origins and evolutionary trajectory. The emergence of jewelry craft during the primitive era and its gradual refinement over centuries are highlighted using archaeological evidence and ancient cultural artifacts. Drawing upon stone, bone, and shell ornaments dating back to the 4th–3rd millennia BC, as well as bronze pendants and wall imagery from the 1st–8th centuries AD discovered at historical sites such as Ayritom, Afrosiab, Dalvarzintepe, Holchayon, and Ayaz- kala, the study outlines the ancient traditions, artistic techniques, and aesthetic developments of national jewelry art.##plugins.themes.default.displayStats.downloads##
